Amazing how life works. My 1^st thought was he’s low energy so it will be easy to just relax. The only glitch was when I knew him he did not smoke. I am one of the worst reformed smokers on the planet, the voice inside my head said “opt out” – I ignored it.

The bus ride was great, a wonderful movie, great conversations and happy people. The boat was fabulous. I had taken my MOM on a cruise to Alaska and the only smoking allowed was outside and one bar area. I thought this would be the same.

Arriving on deck 3 we stopped at the piano bar and had a few Margarita’s, and the conversation that ensued was about responsibility of one’s actions and being in life. My 1^st thought-it’s too late to turn back now.

Weather was great. They had an intro scheduled for the spa so I booked a 2 hour, seaweed, warm soak massage for myself. I get there at 10 and they say someone from my room called and cancelled – that someone wasn’t me.

1^st night dinner we are at a table for 10 – I am excited to meet others – one other couple shows up – not much conversation. All is well, watched a movie and went to bed.

1^st day at sea was peaceful. I actually slept most of the day on the Serenity Deck. I had my homework notebook with me so I was making notes and doing hiomework.  2^nd night table for 10 and we are the only ones at our table.  Located in the very center of the dining room – all the other tables were full!

2^nd day at sea I wondered around and snoozed. Randy met Amy, a fellow smoker and he invited her join us for diner as her daughter was off hanging with the other teens. She was adorable, liked to dance and smoke. It was perfect except they’d eat and leave me alone at the table of 10 to go smoke!! So I went table hopping. Had a blast and totally enjoyed myself.

Cozumel, I get my hair braided to keep it from blowing, while on the boat. Not realizing how it was going to affect me for the next 3 days. Head ache and sea sickness ensued. I thought it was from the boat rocking.

Costa Rica, we get off the boat – yahoo no more sickness – on a bus and go zip lining over the jungle! Totally FRUMPELLING!!!

Back to the boat – I end up taking the braids out and all the illness left me!! More dinners for 3 at a table for 10!!

Panama – beautiful people , country, canal, boat ride, monkeys, and a fabulous village where we were treated to a show, crafts and a way of life that appeared to be so pure and not about consumerism. I took one of my best pictures ever of a 2 year old Indian boy.I intend to retire to Panama or Costa Rica.

For the 1^st time in 5 years I relaxed and did minimum FRUMPLE conversation. It was relaxing. Until the last night before docking I met Richard and had a great conversation about licensing the concept and drinking scotch!

Bus ride home – great movie, lots of coughing, sneezing, wheezing, people. I appeared everyone from another ship got sick. Well, they payed it forward.

Am present to intentions and being clear of what you want before you SPEAK them even in jest!

Significance:

How could such a simple statement be important? It may not seem so, but understanding it can bless your entire life.

No one owes you anything.

It means that no one else is living for you, my child. Because no one is you. Each person is living for himself; his own happiness is all he can ever personally feel.

When you realize that no one owes you happiness or anything else, you’ll be freed from expecting what isn’t likely to be.

It means no one has to love you. If someone loves you, it’s because there’s something special about you that gives him happiness. Find out what that something special is and try to make it stronger in you, so that you’ll be loved even more.

When people do things for you, it’s because they want to — because you, in some way, give them something meaningful that makes them want to please you, not because anyone owes you anything.

No one has to like you. If your friends want to be with you, it’s not out of duty. Find out what makes others happy so they’ll want to be near you.

No one has to respect you. Some people may even be unkind to you. But once you realize that people don’t have to be good to you, and may not be good to you, you’ll learn to avoid those who would harm you. For you don’t owe them anything either.

Living your Life:

No one owes you anything.

You owe it to yourself to be the best person possible. Because if you are, others will want to be with you, want to provide you with the things you want in exchange for what you’re giving to them.

Some people will choose not to be with you for reasons that have nothing to do with you. When that happens, look elsewhere for the relationships you want. Don’t make someone else’s problem your problem.

Once you learn that you must earn the love and respect of others, you’ll never expect the impossible and you won’t be disappointed. Others don’t have to share their property with you, nor their feelings or thoughts.

If they do, it’s because you’ve earned these things. And you have every reason to be proud of the love you receive, your friends’ respect, the property you’ve earned. But don’t ever take them for granted. If you do, you could lose them. They’re not yours by right; you must always earn them.

My Experience:

A great burden was lifted from my shoulders the day I realized that no one owes me anything. For so long as I’d thought there were things I was entitled to, I’d been wearing myself out — physically and emotionally — trying to collect them.

No one owes me moral conduct, respect, friendship, love, courtesy, or intelligence. And once I recognized that, all my relationships became far more satisfying. I’ve focused on being with people who want to do the things I want them to do.

That understanding has served me well with friends, business associates, lovers, sales prospects, and strangers. It constantly reminds me that I can get what I want only if I can enter the other person’s world. I must try to understand how he thinks, what he believes to be important, what he wants. Only then can I appeal to someone in ways that will bring me what I want.

And only then can I tell whether I really want to be involved with someone. And I can save the important relationships for those with whom I have the most in common.

It’s not easy to sum up in a few words what has taken me years to learn. But maybe if you re-read this gift each christmas, the meaning will become a little clearer every year.

I hope so, for I want more than anything else for you to understand this simple truth that can set you free: no one owes you anything.

Dreams are such a powerful force in my life. Whether they are waking ones, in which I brainstorm ways to help make a difference in the world, or whether they come to me as I sleep, full of art, poetry and solutions to problems plaguing friends, dreams have always directed my actions—and in very positive ways for which I will forever be grateful.

Who are we without our dreams? We all have dreams. And I know from firsthand experience that—we are all called—to help each other’s dreams come to fruition.

Believe it, dreams do come true. Most people just erase their dreams when they wake up, not stopping to consider their power. Listen to them.

Keep a dream journal. This is one of the best things you can do for yourself, because the guidance in sleeping dreams is real. You may have had a dream six years ago that ties in with what you want in your life now. Instead of saying, “I wish I’d known this before,” maybe you would have paid attention to what has always been coming through you.

It’s not hard to do this, or to remember your dreams. Here’s what I do: before I go to bed, I drink half a glass of water and repeat 10 times “I will remember my dreams after finishing the glass of water in the morning”. Keep the glass by the side of the bed, with your dream journal and a pen that actually writes and when you wake up, drink the rest of the water. It will act as a trigger, and you’ll start to remember your dreams. I write down whatever comes to me, even if it’s only one word. That’s how I got the FRUMPLES and their poems!

Everyone has access to the guidance. But not everyone is willing to listen and take action. People say, “I pray all the time.” Wonderful! You’ve got to pray and beat your feet. And you’ve got to stay open. The people you help will help you. It’s not about me—it’s about us.

How many people do you need to help in order to make your own dream come true?

Like autism is caused by vaccines and 75% of autistic children are missing digestive enzymes (because of the vaccine) and IF the parents find the one that’s lacking — there is an amazing alteration in behavior and if a “healthy diet is maintained” integration in community is made possible.

Mercury causes certain enzymes to not be produced or maintained. Different combos of different “chemicals” in a shot cause other enzymes to not be present which cause “psoriasis” type skin issues, then when you go outside into the chemtrails the autoimmune system is again taxed and then you eat unclean or processed food and again the autoimmune system is taxed and then the lymph system gets gummed up and things take forever to clean out your system – if they ever clean out at all.

Chelation therapy can sometimes work — a shunt with essential oils in a clinic is amazing for all diseases UNLESS they have taken western drugs to enable their deficiency to be exemplified.

There’s a lot of research on this and anyone who finds an answer mysteriously disappears.. Hmmmmmmmmmmm I wonder why???

I want to be happy for no reason this year except that I am here and alive and I claim this moment as my own. It’s mine. Its got my name on it!

This year, I want to spend more time in nature, not on the path near my home, with its iPods, and cell phones and incessant chatter, but deep in a forest, where the earth recognizes my step, and the ground kisses my feet as I walk.

This year, I want to say no, more often, and not feel guilty, and say yes, more often, and not feel embarrassed.

I want to take the time to grieve fully this year, for those people that I have lost and mourn those things that I shall never have or be again.

I want to hear the sounds of creation and I can’t tell you what those sounds are, because I have never really heard them before. I ‘ve been too busy for that. But their music beckons to me in the stillness when I have finally given up my need to control.

I want to see, really see the sights of the universe and I can’t tell you what those sights are, because I have never really seen them before. I’ve had my eyes closed. But their vision haunts me in my dreams and gently calls forth to me in my waking hours.

I want to take the child in me out to play more this year and step in mud puddles, get my feet wet, eat cotton candy, build a snowman, talk to strangers, kiss furry dogs and chase mangy cats.

This year I want to eat my spaghetti with a fork and forget about the spoon and get my face really dirty.

I want to get to know my teddy bear more this year. After all, he is really the only one who has always been there for me, in my darkest hour, comforting me and whispering sweet messages into my heart, that were more accurate than any psychic ever could be.

I want to see the world with new eyes this year, as if I have never seen it before, like an alien on an unfamiliar planet, and not take anything for granted.

This year, I want to talk less and say more. I want to taste more and eat less.

I want to write more about those things that really matter to me, with passion, the things that I know in my gut, the things that stir up my soul, and not give a damn about keywords or tags or where I rank in Google.

I want to sit with a flower this year and watch it bloom, and know what it feels like to finally surrender to life, to succumb to a purpose bigger than my own.

I want to talk to the moon and bask in the sun and gaze at the stars for hours and hours.

I want to be much more silly this year, and care much less about what people think of me. I have forgotten just how much fun being silly can be.

I want to laugh, harder than I have ever laughed before. And cry less for all of the pain and suffering that I think I can’t fix, because I know that I can. Every time that I make the choice to be free, there is less suffering in the world, not a world with less pain, but less pain in the world.

I want to love more this year, not the sappy, greeting card kind of love they sell on Valentine’s day cards, but a love that surpasses all distance, time, space and differences.

This year, I want to make friends with those parts of me that I am afraid of and attempt to do those things that still scare me to death. Well, at least some of them.

I want to appreciate more and complain less, accept more and judge less, forgive more and blame less. I want to ultimately do nothing and allow everything.

This year I want to break open the windows of my life and knock down the doors, remove the shackles and stare down the illusion until it sets me free.

So you won’t find goals here or projects or timelines or objectives or plans or directions or bucket lists or targets.You’ll only find me.

Most of us have heard of the “Golden Rule” but what about the “Platinum Rule”? Read http://bit.ly/7GNvFS So while Paula as a Relater has connected to you emotionally, the Thinkers, like me, want a more analytical answer to the validity of the Frumples..so I will try to dispense that now.

If you know quantum physics you would understand everything is made of energy so yes IT IS possible and true that a little piece of clay of a different vibration can affect your own energy.

In fact, popular culture has already accepted that a magnetic can help your body function better which isn’t too far off the paradigm that the Frumples are promoting. There are indeed other products that help the body raise its own natural frequency. Do some internet searches such as energetic jewelry, vibrational jewelry and emf pendants to get started in your exploration.

Most physicians acknowledge the placebo effect, so if you believe the Frumple will help, it will do just that however, if you believe it won’t, your mind will ally you powerfully in this as well.

In fact, I was told by a Doctor I worked for, who life’s passion has been revealing the dangers of EMF’s, that 46% of all cures are the placebo effect. His mission is to open clinics to help those with EHS and he said quite frankly he and his clients would happily accept those cures whether it be founded in science or the powers of the mind.

If a smiley pet rock on a string helps people be happy then so be it. Anything is possible! Remember the things they thought were impossible 10 years ago, are commonplace and taken for granted now.

Personally I have seen the little things make a difference in more people than not, but like everything it is not 100% for everyone and it doesn’t do the same thing for everybody as every BODY is different! I’ve heard dramatic testimonies as well as witnessed gradual benefits to the wearer.

As for myself, I have had my picture taken with Kirlian photography without wearing a Frumple and then wearing one and it definitely affected my energetic field. Also, as I spend hours stringing and bagging the little guys, if I do it in the evening they leave me so jazzed from the vibration that I can’t sleep most of the night.

How I use it in my everyday life is quite simply leaving one in my refrigerator. Yes, it raises the frequency of food as well and my yogurt keeps for months! My boyfriend who is quite the skeptic, even admits that he notices he sleeps better if he wears the Frumple all day and takes it off just before bed.

The Frumple in itself is a piece of art. The making of each little hand sculpture and then the packaging it is worth the $10 in itself. But I ask you, how many times have you wasted $10 for a drink at an outdoors festival for some mood enhancement and got left with nothing more than a hangover. The worst a Frumple can do is leave you with a cute novelty to accessorize your outfit and a memento of the day.

However, as far as the percentage of unsatisfied customers who have returned the product in the last 5 year, it is .03%. I don’t know many other products that can claim that!

I think the Frumple Queen is doing a great thing spreading a little magic and hope and by doing it with what she loves through art and connecting to others as source. Everyone should be as lucky.
